We Planted At Home for Earth Day

April 29th, 2020

Since we couldn't get out and volunteer together for Earth Day this year, we decided to do our part at home. Each staff member of the To Design team planted a tree or shrub in their yard in observation of the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. It felt great to get out of the house and get our hands dirty!

Principal Phil Barlow planted a bright Red Twig Dogwood shrub in his yard.

Principal Jon Tunsky had a couple helping hands in planting a new Autumn Gold Ginkgo tree.

Mary Dehais planted two new Blue Baron rhododendrons in her front yard landscape bed.

Emily Weckman got the whole family together to plant an Okame Cherry tree.

Kerrine Catucci is currently in the process of moving-- so her rhododendron is patiently waiting for their new home!

Taylor Richards planted a couple of rhododendrons in her front yard in New Haven.
