• TO Design Attends Butterfly Bash

TO Design Principals Phil Barlow and Mark Fisher recently attended the Butterfly Bash, Chrysalis Center's signature fundraiser. The 12th annual event brought out over 180 guests, and featured silent and live auctions to benefit Veteran's children and families, and support services.

During the event, the Partnership Award was presented to City of New Britain, Mayor Erin Stewart, the Municipal Economic Development Agency, Tim Stewart, and Business Development Director, Bill Carroll, for their contributions to the agency over the past year.

TO Design was proud to be a sponsor for this event and to support an organization that makes such a difference in the lives of individuals and families in Connecticut. We are honored to collaborate with them on numerous projects, such as Cosgrove Commons, Liberty Gardens, and Courtland Arms.

Appropriately named for this prominent national hero, this park is located on the corner of Granby and Cornwall Streets in the Blue Hills Neighborhood of Hartford and symbolizes a bright light in the community. At the dedication ceremony, Dr. Julius Garvey, son of Marcus Garvey, spoke of his father's legacy and what the opening of the park symbolizes for the community.
