With services within walking distance, site sidewalks, plantings and other amenities, this new $10 million dollar development qualifies as a new urbanism success story at the site of a former trailer park. TO Design provided full service site design and municipal land use permitting services to pave the way for construction of 50 new apartments and townhouses. Challenges included: integrating the new construction with adjacent housing, and shepherding the project through a complex municipal approval process.
Extensive plantings will quickly blend this new development in with market rate townhouses in the vicinity.
