Since 1987, our Landscape Architects and Civil Engineers have been working with non-profit and commercial developers to provide quality housing to Connecticut residents of all social and economic backgrounds. Our work ranges from the rehabilitation and restoration of existing communities, to the implementation of new strategies for affordable housing. We have completed assignments for over 50 different Housing authorities and non-profit developers across Connecticut

In addition we continue to work with for-profit developers, shaping the land for housing. We are often called upon to collaborate with other land planners, providing utility layouts and designs
