Financial Manager
Dawn Barlow has provided financial management services to To Design since our inception in 1987. She is a Connecticut native, living in East Haddam with her husband, To Design Principal Phil Barlow. Dawn serves her community through service on the town Library Board.
When not at To Design, Dawn works at the Goodspeed Musicals Costume Rental Shop.
